Ironically we just watched a video together about “unethical business practices” at a seminar, the only things they mentioned was dating coworkers and having a second job that you do at your first job.
I have about 2-3 meetings a day, and I’m forced to sit in the office with nothing to do for 4-6 hours a day. I’m researching other ways to make money at this point because even though this is the most I’ve ever made, sitting here wasting away is terrible. I can’t do it.
I also recently discovered that they’ve been over-scheduling me and not requesting overtime pay, so I’m missing out on money I should have been making. I reported it to my recruiting agency to see what can be done. Idk at this point. I’m annoyed with this whole system.
