My new job is not working out.

Recently, I made a career switch from being a teacher to a copywriter. The experience for the first few weeks was ok, but I realised that my manager doesn't give me instructions on what to do. She'd say, do X, and when I asked her to clarify what X was, or if there was a guideline, she'd say, “Do it first, and then I'll come in and troubleshoot.” I even sent her a link to ask, “Does this research help me do X?” And I got the same answer. , I have been failing my probation period, which is supposed to last 3 months. I fear looking at my phone and every time I get feedback from her, I don't even dare voice out my concerns anymore. I want to look for a new job and I already have a new interview lined up. This switch has made me regret leaving teaching because at least for teaching, everything was cut and dry. This is horrid.
