First-year teacher problems.

I'm a first-year history teacher at a charter school. I'm 23 and slowly making my through my first semester. Mostly I teach 9th and 10th graders. Several times recently, I have overheard students making comments about me, my clothes, my body etc. Not comments to me directly, they are all pretty nice to my face. It's just when they think they are out of earshot. (Seriously, I feel like kids have no concept of how easy it is to overhear them!) My question to everyone (especially the veteran teachers out there) is what's the best way to handle this? Ignore it? Adjust my personal dress code? Confront individuals? Have a talk with the entire class? I'd love some advice. Thanks, y'all!
