I’ve been suspended from work but I think I may get fired for following onscreen instructions.

I got a call yesterday before my shift saying I’ve been suspended for allegedly “taking information that I shouldn’t have” and they are investigating it. I’m confused to what it could be but it may have something to do with when I get a onscreen prompt to update a customer credit card on file.
