I'm in Illinois. My manager is trying to tell me that I have to stay past my schedueled time to do extra tasks. I work as a pizza delivery driver until 9p.m. they are trying to tell me I have to deliver until 9p.m and then stay however long it takes for me to do these extra “out work” jobs I have to do now before being allowed to leave. Is this legal? I dont want to say anything until I'm certain of my rights here.
