For over 6 years that I've been with the company. HR will take your overtime and tell you to leave work early that week or convert overtime to personal time at a ratio of one to one. If you also had to take a personal day/sick day/vacation day in the same week, she will use whatever overtime you acquired and give your PTO back to you. Any tips on how to address this issue, her boss and corporate knows about this but doesn't want to do anything, literally.
