Am I correct that the employer doesn’t have to deposit their match amount until the end of the year however, the funds from my pay that I have allocated to my 401k are required to be deposited monthly?
My employer has deposited my funds only 2x this year. The same goes for the rest of my coworkers. One coworker has over 7k of her own money that has yet to be deposited in her 401k. I have to assume that our money sits in a bank and earns them interest and then they deposit our contributions a few times a year.
