Tried to compensate a job offer and was told “I don’t want to be d*cked around” … so I d*cked him around

I had gone through the usual interview process for a job abroad (Australia) and all went well. However, the salary and relocation fees were not quite what I was wanting. After asking to discuss this and try to negotiate the values, he agreed to up my relocation fees (barely) “as long as you aren’t ducking me around” (Quote from the employer). So I in fact did dick him around. They said they saw me as a beginner despite my experience of 4 years, I would only receive my fees after 3 months, and I had to stay in the company for 36 months, otherwise I’d have to pay back 100% of the value borrowed. I was told to sign the EA first and then they’d adjust the details. I refused. I then had several missed calls and received emails telling me to hurry up. I do feel guilty, because I…
