I’m not American. In my culture, firing people is very hard and complicated, however, it seems not in the US. I’ve never worried about being fired until I join the American company. I’m curious, how do you all deal with the instability? I saw several employees got fired all of a sudden. I’m sometimes worried about how stable my job is and this gets me anxious at work. Like I should not make any mistakes or I need to be super nice to my manager even if they are being annoying af. Any tips?
