We sell internet from home, company recently did a update where if we don't make a call for 15 mins it pings our managers So even if we are doing our jobs sending emails. On the phone, building quotes ect we still get flagged lol I feel like I'm being baby sit. They just seem to be adding more things to be strict and annoy the workers
