This is my 2nd year anniversary with my job and no one’s even bothered to say anything (small company) I also seen I won’t be getting my vacation time this year because I was unfortunate enough to catch covid last year and they were so gracious as to not harm themselves that whole week plus any other day I miss work moving forward is accumulating negative pto!!
