My s/o has been randomly taken off the schedule, my current response:

“I have some questions, why is (s/o) suddenly and without warning no longer on the schedule? Why have they not been given verbal or written warnings before termination, like we were all guaranteed when we started working here? Why is it that everyone who has been fired similarly has been a minority? Why are they being treated with a different standard than someone like (Cis White Male who's the son of a chef) who has had multiple verbal and written warnings, has been put on 'probation', but still has his job? Where is our job security? Why should we be worried about being fired like this with no indication of what we're doing wrong when we're being paid less than market wages? At what point should I start worrying about randomly losing my job? I have asked several times if there's anything I need to change or do differently but…

Should I be worried about losing my job? And if so, why?”

I (queer white transgirl) am a shift lead linecook at my local brewery, making 17/hour. My s/o (queer poc) is making 15/hour. They have received NO talking to before this incident about their performance, although I have been told privately that they aren't being as productive as they could be (which is incredibly vague). There have been 2 other people (dishwashers, both disabled and one Jewish) who have been fired without any verbal or written warnings; while as I mentioned above.. Cis White Male has had multiple verbal and written warnings but still has his job, even though he performs considerably worse than my s/o and over half the kitchen.
Any thoughts, ideas, changes I should make or add? This whole situation has me livid, and I'm giving them until the end of tomorrow to fix this before posting this in our company group chat.
