Hey y’all,
I quit my job 10/21. My leaving was very abrupt and not planned.
My ex employer left me a voice message today saying she was running payroll today and wants me to drop off a microphone piece she thinks I have.
I do not have it.
Can she do this legally? She called me at noon (saw her message at 5:30pm) saying she needed the microphone by the end of the day.
Also, I was unable to enter my hours as she barred my access to my work email immediately after I quit. I was a salaried worker—should my paycheck stay the same?
