The biggest reason your boss will say they don’t wanna discuss something over text, or email, is because of “professionalism” or because it’s “easier to talk in person”
It’s actually a lot easier to just send an email outlining the issue or a text, super convenient and easy for all parties !
But the REAL reason they don’t want to email or text you, is because they don’t want a paper trail of the human rights violations they’re about to commit.
They wanna tell you they don’t care that your grandma died, come into work anyway. But if they said that in a way you can easily have a picture to show they did? They’d be fired !
Any boss or superior that refuses written communication is only doing so because they know that what they’re doing is wrong.
