How to ask for a proper raise?

I’m not sure this belongs here, but I’ve been at my job for almost a year now and helped train some people since then. Most of my crew is newer than me. I figured out from two people they make quite a bit more than me. I have a college degree in a related field and they don’t. I’m not really sure why I got played. I do just as much work if not more (I really do more tbh) than anyone else in the room excluding my supervisor really. I heard this place usually does like a 3% raise but that won’t cut it. I wanna ask for 2-3$ raise to be equal /slightly more than those I helped train. Is there any way I should bring this up when I have my interview raise in a few months? Any help would be appreciated or if this isn’t the…
