First I come from an extremely corporate background. I’m WFH.
My husband repairs (repaints, installs graphics, fixes everything) arcade machines.
Since I have only done corporate jobs I’m dumbfounded how people can act so crazy. Like no sexual harassment, not offering PTO and getting mad if you need a day even if it’s in advance.
So the part that is OVER THE TOP
My husband’s best work friend requested 2 days off because his family has traveled to help him (and pay) for tons of improvement. He has to take an extra day because there was no working toilet.
So what is the punishment? 3 days suspension. So you think he calls off to much so you give him days off work?!
