For one. My metrics have improved by at least 100% so I am no longer at risk of being fired. I got a Dr's note for my intestinal issues (apparently not ibs, we don't know what's wrong. many tests ahead of me).
For the part about how my husband attempted to get a job with my company under a different campaign.
The trainer for that campaign is homophobic. We are gay. (Ftm and mtx nonbinary, we both present as male)
My friend who is ftm joined the campaign, the trainer specifically asked for preferred names and pronouns, and never called my friend by them. The trainer also showed extreme distaste for the community with some comments and jokes between herself and another trainee. My husband remembered that the trainer started treating him with less respect and the random removal happened shortly after he referred to me as his husband.
So not only has my job situation improved but also this has been escalated to HR on both my husband's account and my friends account.
We also got a vehicle (not running legally) but our situation is looking up.
