I work part time about 25 hours per week so it doesn’t really effect me but I am still outraged. The explanation was apparently so that employees can work as many hours as they want. Apparently it’s not even illegal in our state. Edit: The people effected believe it’s legal. We live in Virginia so workers have no rights except to quit.
