I ride my bike to work and pass by a bunch of restuarants that say get paid up to $X an hour and i know for a fact that they will pay state minimum which is 7.25 where i am. They don't tell you this because they know you won't apply. They make it seem like you can start off making more. I think two of the restaurants tell you what the actual base pay is and i respect them, one being Panda Express.
