so I normally never have overtime unless I travel but this week I had 6 hours of OT from traveling and 1 hour just from normal work. My boss is saying that my 1 hour from just normal work was unauthorized and it is not being granted. I won't know for sure until i see my paycheck friday but if I'm not paid this hour what are my options. I know its not alot of money but its the principle of it and also I worked for that hour. I didn't plan on working I didn't fuck around. I worked. any help would be appreciated. Also was told that because of this single hour of overtime Id be getting a written formal warning in my employee file. The ONLY thing that I did wrong was I failed to notify my boss about the overtime right away. I left that night and forgot to make a note to let her know the next day. any help is appreciated because I feel like this is an overreaction. Lately she's been super disrespectful and snappy
