entire staff wants to get our boss fired for abusive practices – in need advice

hi, i dont feel like going into details to protect identity but my boss has basically done and said many things that are fireable. personal and company wise. we want to submit a list of grievances to HR which will subsequently contact our DM. what exactly should i touch on as i write the skeleton? i was thinking grievances, how it affects us and the business (we don’t care that much but obviously a capitalist corporation will want the business to be strong), what resolution we want… we are super scared it will backfire by them not taking it seriously and we will just lose our jobs instead. another store in our district struggled to get their manager fired, and they had multiple employees being assaulted by him and the store was worse shape than it is with us (which is not that bad) which is a reason we think…

for reference the store is less than 15 people total on staff. everyone – including assistant managers – believe he needs to be removed due to his abusive behavior.
