We have been working 4 – 10 hour shifts per week rather than 5 – 8 hour shifts. It has been so nice having a 3 day weekend with one day off during the week. Our CEO wants us to go back to a 5 day work week and my supervisor came by and said we need to come up with good reasons on why we should stay at a 4 day work week. Besides the fact that it is personally awesome for me and a serious morale boost, what other reasons could I provide that he can't really argue with?
The best part is, this asshole lives in another country and works at his leasure in between massage appointments and vacationing at his property in Hawaii.
