I’m thinking about setting a target based shorter week for my 15 people team. What are your thoughts?

Basically title. I want to increase productivity for my team and I am not able to raise salaries as of now. My idea is to give a day off to the workers that have reached the set targets in the previous week, making it a 4-day week. Of course, the targets will be reachable every week. What are your thoughts?
