is my conpany responsible for stray cats on property?

My company has a bunch of feral cats that live out in our crates and in the parking lot. They get killed in the crates, are getting hit by fork lifts, just all types of cruel stuff. Are they responsible for having them removed or taken care of? They are threatening to fire people if we feed them. This factory is in the middle of nowhere they survive off peoples lunch scraps and mice.
