I work for Versiti Blood Center of Michigan. Recently, our Traverse City center has begun the process of unionizing. Management is trying to bust it. Hard. What do I/we/they do?

So, I've seen some incredibly shitty things from this organization so far. A few of many examples are upper management trying to cover up sexual harassment/borderline assault from a recently promoted team lead; HR demanding COVID-19-positive employees come back to work then draining everyone else's PTO when they get sick and have to call out (I was nearly hospitalized); hiring in brand new 18 year-olds at higher rates of pay than people who have been with the organization for years or even decades; etc. I could probably write a whole chapter of a book about the abuse their employees have suffered. Recently, the Traverse City center has begun the process to unionize and a lot of us from other centers are poised to follow suit. The organization is doing their best to bust it up though. They've tried to bribe everyone with sudden free cases of energy drinks and other garbage, half-measures (as if anyone gives a damn–energy drinks don't pay bills). They have also blocked e-mails about the union that were heading company-wide and are sending out virtually all members of upper management randomly to show up at blood drives/the TC center to try and intimidate folks/bust up the union. Even Brian Bautista, the EVP & Chief Operating Officer of Versiti of Michigan, recently showed up at a small, three-team member blood drive on the outskirts of Traverse City. Dawn Kaiser, our personal own Effie Trinket, was hanging around the TC center for days making everyone miserable.
I'm wondering what we can do to fight back against these fucks? Do you folks have any suggestions?
