I tried to look adivse up online but get no results, i am based in the UK and had “luxury” of working from home.
We have been asked to return, which my team is not thrilled about. The twist in this, we have staff which is working from aboard like Wales who are not required to return. We are all on the same contract as far as I know. Is this an issue i have to bring up to HR? Because apperantly it is a set decision that all local staff has to return with no compensation, i have to get a train and pay over £100 just in travel expenses..
Personally, i work better from home since there are no distractions unlike the office. It seems rather hopeless worst case i have to look for a new job
