How do you say ‘no way in hell’ to your boss politely?

So I got laid off my housekeeping job right before my two week vacation, which was fine, it’s breaking down my body, it doesn’t pay nearly enough to be cleaning up the messes we get, and I was getting pretty sick of the double standards for the employees vs the supervisors. Like, my boss tried to guilt trip my coworker into staying late even though my boss was literally texting her from home cause she had already left early. So yeah, they laid me off, and I just got back from my vacation. Maybe two days after I got home, I get a text from her asking if I could be ‘on call’ for them. I said yes, first mistake, but I was only expecting like two days a week. Well I already worked today, and I’m scheduled to work tomorrow and Sunday, and now she wants me to do…

It’s pretty much just back to full time, but I’m leaving again for two weeks at the end of the month. I do not want to do this at all, especially because after two years of this, my already bad back was bad enough for my doctor to send me to physiotherapy. But, I do like them as people, just not as bosses, so I’m not sure what to do. Send help
