So, our new District Manager decided to visit my store today.
She demanded a ton of things such as reorganizing and cleaning. Which is totally fine. I don’t mind that.
But she noticed that our store has a water dispenser and demanded that we get rid of it and that it’s not necessary.
Her comment was “It’s an extra cost and actually effects team members focus on their jobs.”
I’m absolutely livid. Who thinks that it’s ok to take water away??? For awhile I was actually drinking the amount of water I should be drinking and I felt more energized!
Just sucks that someone can come in here and take something that my team team and I have been enjoying away.
Is there anything at I can do? Our previous DM had no problem with it at all. :/
