So here’s the deal. I got hurt outside of work. I have vacation time and PTO. I have an X-ray to be a reduced on Monday. This happened last Tuesday and the doctor cleared me for 5 days of rest before returning to work. (Gave a notice). I went to work Friday to give it and was told to work. 11 1/2 hours btw. Used to it. I’m still working because the GM doesn’t care. I’m in an at will state btw. I feel like we working is a liability being in crutches and a knee brace before my X-ray. Then again I’m not my boss who clearly doesn’t care. The swelling hasn’t gone down and the bruising is worse. Not sure what to do here. Seems like this is against osha or Ada standards.
