Rules for termination

Can an employer fire you and refuse to tell you why or provide you with any information/documentation? State of Arkansas, it’s a right to work state, so I’m told they don’t have to have a reason to fire you, but then I’m told they do have to tell you why? I’m so confused.. ive been putting in 50-60 hours a week, working 3-4 different positions, and I have completed every single task and project and have had zero complaints, write ups, corrective action plans, etc.. Im literally the only person in the entire admin department that has a degree and im the only one who knew how to work several of the programs we use, including their reporting software. Im literally the only person in the entire admin department that has a degree and im the only one who knew how to work several of the programs we use, including their reporting software. So my education/knowledge wasn’t an issue, nor was my performance.. so im at a loss. I know a few people didn’t like my direct boss and they fired him as well. People have since told me he was the target and I was just in the way?
Anyway.. do I have any rights here? Or Should I just move on and count my blessings?
