Been wanting to quit for almost 1.5 years now but I’ve finally made the decision to go. My boss tends to fly off the handle easily so I’m just going to send in my formal resignation and dip. Kind of feel like an asshole but is it worth it to even stay and get ridiculed or have to justify my leaving even for a day?
