My boss is a Machiavellian manipulator and I’m going to quit soon. Is there any point of trying to report his behavior?

A lot of employees are being manipulated and driven out of the company. My manager left 2 weeks ago because of this person. I am trying to leave now. Is there any point to try to tell the CEO or something? Or just cut my losses and run without a peep and avoid burning a bridge? I’ve already complained to the manipulatior’s boss and she sided with him. My manager quit after being in that meeting. It’s a toxic workplace.
