For those who filled out those company surveys did anyone experience any actual change from it?

I’ve worked a handful of jobs that required employees to fill out a preselected questionnaire about your experience filled with a bunch of vague questions. Had anyone seen any positive or negative change as a result of that following the annual time they require us to fill it out? Other than the occasional team meeting to discuss the results to give a sense that “managers listen”?
