I make 2.57% of my total sales. Would you be okay with it?

I (21M) sell library ladders. I started Jan 24, 2022, at $18 an hour. I sit at a desk from 8a-4:30. This is US, Wisconsin. In May, I received a raise to $19 per hour. We do not receive any type of commission or bonus per month or per quarter. In the beginning of this month, I passed 1 mill in sales. I am at 1.08 million for the year, do a bit over 100k per month. I have never once worked in sales and because of the unofficial “no pay disclosure” societal norm, I am struggling to figure out if I am being compensated fairly for the amount of product I'm moving. I've seen things from saying I should be paid 15-30% of my gross sales, I've also seen a shit ton of commission package ideas. Before this, I worked at Mcdonald's and did Valet for 6 years. I…

Before this, I worked at Mcdonald's and did Valet for 6 years. I have ZERO experience in sales and don't have a degree (I dropped out). I am also the youngest on the sales team by 10 years, but my sales are on par or above most everyone else's (I am ranked 3rd, the two above me have been with the company for 8 yrs and 12 yrs respectively). I would love to go in to a meeting and say, hey pay me more, but I'm a very non confrontational person and I also feel extremely out of line saying that as I have worked there for literally 10 months.

Everyone else that works there has families and owns homes…I CANNOT tell myself they achieved that making what I make.

Based on my numbers, would YOU be okay with what I am being compensated if you were in my shoes?

EDIT: If not, what would you say my ratio of sales to compensation be?
