I worked for Prime Communications (AT&T Authorized Retailer) for about two years and found out that AT&T had suspended my system logins and since I cannot access our system my company had to let me go. My whole time being with the company I was always pressured to add insurance behind the narrative that it was “mandatory” in store, I was expected to add extra lines on customers accounts by hiding it in bullshit quotes, I was always getting called out by management when I gave the customer an option and it was awful. I was always afraid this would catch up to me. I addressed my concerns regarding the scummy business practices amongst leadership and they all brushed it off like it was business as usual and that it was just a part of earning commission. I did exactly as they asked of me and in the end they didn't have my back at all. Don't work for Prime Communications (AT&T Authorized Retailer) it's an awful experience and they will make sure you wont have a future career with AT&T.
