Companies have no loyalty to you so why should you have loyalty to them. My loyalty isn’t free. Over the last 3 years I have had 4 jobs and just got hired to the 5th which starts in a few weeks. Each one paying more than the last. I’ve hopped my way from 28k/yr to now the new job will be at 67k/yr. Seems it’s pretty much the only way to get any substantial pay increases these days anyway.

The last three jobs were all within 13 months. Hop along and get your money. It has not stopped me from getting a job yet.
