I’m pretty much wanting to be the best business owner that I can….
How can I do that?
One idea I have is to hire on a person that is just like…. On salary and their job is to be available if someone calls out sick or needs a mental health day? I remember when I worked like that it was a stress to hopefully find someone to cover me etc but too be honest it’s been about a decade for me in the work force like that and after an add isn’t that hurt my long term memory of past memories I really don’t remember the little struggles I thought were annoying.

Please let me know if there is something you wished your boss or work would do for you so I could possibly do them!
(Maybe I can have all employees have a share? Idk I have the opportunity to be financially okay if my store just broke even after paying everything and myself a normal wage for working there so I really want to do this right since it’s a for fun thing for me)
