Hello, so I'm from Portugal and looking for help.
I want to labor strike, with a sign in front of the office, all day, that demands
- Emissions reduction and plan to 0.
- Full remote work (everyone at our company works at a laptop and can WFH).
Thing is, I'm not in a union. So this would be a one-man show, even though I believe a couple of my co workers might join in aswell.
I'm a valuable long time employee and they might fire me (won't take bread out of my mouth, so i'm good) but it will be painful for them.
So just looking for general advice. Can they legally retaliate? If so, in what ways?
