Recently I got a call from a job for an entry level IT position. It sounded promising but then they said that it would require a 3 month “education training” program which was 20 hours a week. I was fine with this until she said it was UNPAID. At the end of the 3 months they would then contract me out at $22 an hour. How is this even legal? I guess its geared as an education program so its fine?
