Need help with a serious work hazard that happened that requires being shut down for 24 hours and they refused to shut down.

This is a throwaway account to protect myself and the person I am posting this for since it is a serious issue. I am posting on their behalf because they don't use or know reddit, but they gave me permission to post. So at this place of work (fast food) they had their hood vents inspected yesterday (11/18) and didn't properly shut down the system for the Ansul rods to not go off during the inspection. One of the rods went off and flooded the fryer with fire suppressant chemical. When this happens you are supposed to close the restaurant for 24 hours so the chemical can clear out. They tried to filter out the fryers and it boiled out onto the floor. Today they had still not fixed anything and the restaurant is still open and serving customers. Today they had still not fixed anything and the restaurant is still open and serving customers. They are trying to use the other set of fryers since it is a double kitchen and apparently the other set is broken. It doesn't get to the proper temp. This is a restaurant that prepares raw chicken to fry and the chicken isn't being cooked properly because of the low temp, and is backshooting flames out of the back. They had a person go behind the fryers while it is backshooting flames to try and see if it is plugged in properly. With the other set of chemical filled fryers the upper management is just trying to have them boil out and filter the fryers to fix it. This is not safe to do! The restaurant needs to be closed.

There is currently oil on the ground and a worker got it over their shoe.

Let me know if you'd like anymore info or clarification of something. I'm kinda pissed off right now writing this so may have messed up my wording.
