So I started working at this Artist Agency mainly because of the networking I’ll do that is also ‘Convenient’ for me as an Artist. I handle the logistics of the matter and it’s been fun to meet certain people and get to know how the bussiness works, however i’m starting to think is not very fair.
It’s a demanding position cause I depend on a lot of people to gather the info that I need and sometimes is not that fast, they also asked me the other day to be more aware of my replies on text, that it should take me less time to respond. I need to say that this is a side job, they know I’ve got a main one that takes most of my time and they were cool with it.
I’m thinking the porcentage could be higher since my day have become mostly on a 12hr journey sometimes with everything I do. I don’t wanna quit before at least trying a bit more.
