Working is the act of selling labor. Labor done with my body. So selling my body to the highest bidder. Or, more accurately, renting myself out to whoever is willing to pay more and hopefully give better benefits. So basically having a job is the same as being a whore, give or take getting laid on the job. Most of us are lucky to have time for sex what with needing 2 or 3 jobs just to pay rent. And the self rental analogy also helps to explain why there is no one job for life anymore.
By the way, I work the night shift at 7-Eleven, 5pm to 2am.
