I went to a donut shop tonight with my family and I’m upset at the working conditions

I wanted to get a donut and a milkshake but the girl at the counter told us that the fryer was broken so she couldn’t make any donuts, and because she was the only one there, she couldn’t make milkshakes because they take to long and there were other people waiting. All she was able to do was give us ice cream scoops! We ended up just leaving without getting anything and I just can’t believe that a shop can be left like that for that poor girl to work by herself.
