Idk why things just started to hit me now and not earlier than this year. The entire work culture is but a joke. Designed to make employer rich and keep competent people poor. It's even apparent if you are in a 3rd world country. The sad thing is, the society here is trained to be a worker. Once I realised this simple point, I hated bosses and the management department. Things that they do and normalise are everything that I learned to not do as a child. Because if you do that you are not a good person. What is even worse is there are people who think it's okay and just go with it saying “this is how work life is” or the naive “I have to give 110% so the upper management see me”. What's the point if all of that strips you from being a human. Honestly, working culture nowadays are nothing but a modern day slavery. Sorry for the rant, but damn I don't have people to talk about here irl.
