My manager is attempting to get me to come into the office more days than I contracted to for no reason. I’m the best in my group for getting work done and this is just seems like a punishment for me, as everyone else only has to come in one day a week.
He also wants me to train another person during the days when I am working on my own with an entire company dependent on me to critique their work to send to clients.
So, should I go for the classic minimalist resignation?
