I just informed management that I plan to leave no later than the end of the year. I joined this outfit in June, 2022, a month after it opened. Almost six months later, only two people hired ahead of me remain, and the three people hired after me are gone as well. The team lead/office supervisor was ousted by senior management due to their inability to control their temper to the point of throwing objects at certain employees (who are now conveniently in charge – talk about inmates running the asylum!). It's gonna hurt a little financially, but it's worth it to my mental and emotional health!
