Worst interview processes?

Hey All – I am doing a research paper on the worst interview processes / experiences and immediately thought about the antiwork community. Would people feel comfortable sharing your anonymous experiences? I can go first: I interviewed with a CEO of a mental health startup a while back. I can go first:

I interviewed with a CEO of a mental health startup a while back. He condescended to me the entire time, asked me to defend my hiring practices (“So how do you know you are actually a good recruiter?”) and then read through the LinkedIn profiles of the people on my team. One of my recruiters has a pretty long last name (and it is non-English sounding) and the guy literally said “Wow – I am not going to even try to pronoun that name…..” He also asked me what books I have read because he can “tell a lot about how smart a person is based on what they read.” I declined to move forward after that. Condescending, sort of racist (?) and overall a bad fit.
