I'm in Europe and on sick leave. I've started the reintegration process and my illness has been reviewed by the company doctor who is backing me. Obviously my contract isn't being prolongued so I found another job figuring I'll feel better by then and it'll be a new environment. I'd be working full time until the end of my contract. Mailed my boss and she lost it, calling me a liar who just pretended to be sick since I can actually work (got sick in June, starting in January). She then demanded that I tell her the company name for legal reasons, and me being in shock, I did. She kept shouting at me on the phone and then told me she'd come back to me soon. I literally worry she's going on a smear campaign now. Got legal advice and I can sue her if she does but you know, I hope not. Also how do I survive a toxic environment this month?
