So another new policy at work designed to get us to quit: I have to retype all of my work onto a word doc, print them out and submit them to a series of different middle mangers for critique. People who (a) don't do our job and don't know anything about it (b) is sort of insulting because we haven't had any complaints on our work that would warrant this (c) nobody reads them anyway and we already have the digital copies sent to them automatically.
