I'm on leave from work for about 3 weeks. I'm attending a partial hospitalization program for my mental health. Today I sent my doctor's note over to HR excusing my leave. I recieved an email from HR asking me to come in tomorrow for a meeting to discuss it. We've already discussed it, so I'm not sure what else there is to talk about it. My boss told me before I left that they might be planning to reject my doctor's note, so if I choose not to come in anyways they'll have reason to fire me.
